2. What data we process
Purchase: name, email, country and amount, processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record and shared with us to issue and validate the license and provide support.
License: the app sends the key and a device identifier to Lemon Squeezy to activate and validate it.
Use of the app: the app runs on your computer. Your photos, references, texts and ads are stored locally. To generate, the app sends your photos and instructions to OpenAI through your own Codex session, under OpenAI's privacy policy. We do not receive your images or your campaigns.
Website: this website uses no cookies. It measures visits in an aggregated, anonymous way with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not identify people or store data in your browser.
3. What for
To deliver the license, validate it, provide support, meet tax obligations and, if you allow it, send you product news (you can unsubscribe in every email).
4. Who it is shared with
Lemon Squeezy (payment and licenses), Vercel (website hosting and anonymous statistics), the support email provider (Google, Gmail) and OpenAI (only from your account, by your action). We do not sell data.
5. Retention
Purchase data is kept for as long as tax law requires; support data, 2 years from the last communication.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to jonatanjimenezai.labs@gmail.com. If you are in the EU, you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
