Ads Studio ("the app") is a product of SIA Group LLC ("we"), a Wyoming limited liability company, United States. The sale is made through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as merchant of record: it charges the amount, issues the invoice and handles the applicable taxes. By buying you also accept Lemon Squeezy's terms.
A personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app, to install it on the computers you use (up to 3 activations), plus the updates of the edition you bought. The license is activated with the key you receive by email when you pay. You do not buy the source code or the right to resell, rent or redistribute it.
The app generates images using your own ChatGPT account through Codex. It does not include OpenAI credits or an OpenAI account. OpenAI's usage limits, prices and conditions are outside our control and may change. You need Windows 10/11 or macOS, an internet connection and Node.js or Python as indicated during installation.
You may create ads for your business and for your clients, including commercial use of the resulting images. You are responsible for making sure the products, brands, people and claims in your ads are yours or that you have permission, and for complying with the policies of the platforms where you publish them. You may not use the app for illegal or misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights.
The images are generated by an artificial intelligence model. We do not guarantee a specific result or advertising performance. The app includes quality controls and fixes, but the decision to publish is yours.
You have 7 days from purchase to request a full refund, no questions asked. On refund, the license key is deactivated. Details in the refund policy.
Includes the updates of the edition you bought and email support at jonatanjimenezai.labs@gmail.com within reasonable hours. We may publish future editions as separate products.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or interruptions of third-party services (OpenAI, Meta, Lemon Squeezy).
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to the rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
