If within 7 days of purchase Ads Studio doesn't work for you, write to jonatanjimenezai.labs@gmail.com with your purchase email or reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt and we refund 100%. Lemon Squeezy processes the refund to the same payment method; it usually takes 3 to 10 business days to appear.
Every purchase includes a license key. The app validates it when it starts and periodically when online. On refund, the key is deactivated and the app stops generating. That's why we can offer the guarantee even though the product is a download: we don't ask you to "return" anything.
No refunds for change of mind. We do handle technical issues: if the app doesn't work on your computer for a reason on our side and we can't fix it, we refund even after the period.
